There are many ways to help others one ride at a time! Please consider one of the options below and contact us to learn more!

Volunteer Your Time!

There are many opportunities for hands-on volunteering at Flint Hills Therapeutic Riding Center!  From horse care to side-walking for a client during a riding lesson, we invite all willing individuals to come out and spend some time helping others!

Make a Donation!

We appreciate any and all gifts to support us in our continued efforts to help people one ride at a time.  No matter the size, every donation plays a major role in our success!

Wish List
  • horse fly spray
  • Troxel extra-small (2) and small (2) riding helmets
  • bottled water for our volunteers
  • postage stamps
  • copier paper
  • cash donations for rider scholarships

*All donations are tax deductable and receipts will be provided.

Help with an Upcoming Event!

Our equine-assisted therapies and activities are changing lives from helping children to walk and speak, to helping youth develop self-confidence.  Our main fundraising event is the Horseshoe Hoedown in the fall, an annual event designed to raise funds and awareness for FHTRC.  Join us for an evening complete with dinner, music & dancing, and a silent auction.  We always welcome event planning help, donations, and volunteers to help make each year's event better!
